It is almost ten years since farmers' markets were first set up in the Vale. The runaway success of these popular events is due to the exceptional quality and variety of produce grown, reared and made here. All year round you can find fresh vegetables, free range and organic meat, speciality and traditional breads, eggs, cakes and pastries, preserves, dairy produce, fish, beer and wine. These markets are accredited with FARMA - the only organisation that inspects markets to make sure they are the 'real deal'. Markets in the Vale include:-

Fernham's markets are held at Farmer Gow's in Fernham near Faringdon. They are on the 3rd Sunday of every month from 10am til 1pm.
